Send Us Your Drive

You can drop your drive into our office on 6-9 Trinity Street which is a three minute walk from the main entrance of Trinity College Dublin. We understand this might not suit everybody, so you can send us your faulty storage device via courier or An Post.

Packing Instructions

1) Place your drive(s) in an anti-static bag or an anti-static shielding bag. (No need for this if your drive is already in an external enclosure)

2) Now, wrap the drive with bubble wrap or similar cushioning material. (Do not use styrofoam)

3) Place the drive in a sturdy cardboard box. Make sure it has a snug fit inside the box.

4) Fill out the Drive Packing Form and enclose in box.

5) Print out the Shipping Label and attach to the front of box.

6) Send package to us by Courier or by An Post (preferably via registered post)

We offer a call-out service within the Dublin area. In addition, we can perform preliminary diagnostics and some logical recoveries on your premises. Multiple drives from RAID servers and NAS devices can be collected by us also.
