My supposedly high-end external drive failed prematurely - the click of death - and I found Drive Rescue online. What can I say? They called me back exactly when they said they would, successfully recovered everything on the old drive and ported it over to a nice new one of the same capacity, and it's on its way back to me now. Data recovery ain't cheap, but if you really need to get your content back, these guys are good. Completely satisfied.
